Unless otherwise specified, the funds from each fundraiser will be divided in the following way:
- Training & Follow Up
- Puppy Costs
- Building Fund
Patriot Service Dogs is a 501(c)(3) organization and all donations made to us are tax deductible. Any donation over $250 automatically gets a receipt for the IRS but if you have made a donation of any size and would like a receipt – just ask. You can contact us or call and we will be happy to get a receipt to you. We appreciate every donation! We know your money is hard earned and thank you for contributing to Patriot Service Dogs.
We feel it is very important to let our donors know how we are doing financially and where the money is going. If you do not see the information that you are looking for please contact us.
We have one puppy with full sponsorship & one with a half sponsorship ($1,250)
Thank you to the Jacksonville Beach VFW Post for their generous contribution. Also, thanks to the SW Ocala Lions Club and the American Legion Belleview.
We have paid our insurance and licensing for 2010.
We have separate funds set up for the following:
- Emergency Veterinarian Fund will cover unexpected expenses for our puppies in training. This fund will top out at $1,000 per puppy in the program.
- Trainers Fund will cover the cost of a full time trainer for our advanced training.
- Building Fund to purchase land and build a training facility
Patriot Service Dogs ended with a balance of over $4,000.
