As you finish, you will have the option to download your Certificate of Completion. You may include this certificate with your Patriot Service Dogs application. This is not an application. If you want to apply with PSD after taking this course, you will need to complete and mail in the full application found here. We will not contact you about moving forward until we have a completed application.

You are also encouraged to include your answers the reflection questions in your application if you’d like. These answers are optional, but they can help us better understand your expectations, readiness, and what you learned from the course.
